Submit Your Film for Consideration

To enter your film to the Do It Your Damn Self!! National Youth Video and Film Festival, please review steps below.

1. Download the entry form (1.25 MB) and save it to your desktop. You'll need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the form.
2. Fill out the form completely and print.
3. Sign the form. This signature is important -- your entry will not be offically accepted until we have a SIGNED entry form.
4. Send the form to us by mail or FAX it to us at (617) 864-4700.

All entries must be postmarked by August 31st to receive full consideration for the festival, which takes place every November. A complete submission should include the following items:

• A complete entry form, as described above.
• A release form signed by all copyright owner(s).
• A self-addressed, stamped envelope if you want your tape returned. (Please do not send master copies.)
• The appropriate fee ($15 for the first entry; $5 for each additional). Please make checks or money orders payable to: The Community Art Center, Inc. If the fee is a hardship, please contact us and we will consider waiving the fee.

Note: Please do not send entries in fiber-filled mailers. The material will sometimes attach itself to tapes and may ruin the heads of VCRs.
