Submit Your Film for Consideration
To enter your film to the Do It Your Damn Self!! National
Youth Video and Film Festival, please review steps below.
- Download the
entry
form (1.25 MB) and save it to your desktop. You'll need the
free Adobe
Acrobat Reader to open the form.
- Fill out the form completely and print.
- Sign the form. This signature is important
-- your entry will not be offically accepted until we have a SIGNED
entry form.
- Send the form to us by mail
or FAX it to us at (617) 864-4700.
All entries must be postmarked by August 31st to receive
full consideration for the festival, which takes place
every November. A complete submission should include the following
items:
- A complete entry form, as described above.
- A release form signed by all copyright owner(s).
- A self-addressed, stamped envelope if you want your tape returned.
(Please do not send master copies.)
- The appropriate fee ($15 for the first entry; $5 for each additional). Please
make checks or money orders payable to: The Community Art Center,
Inc. If the fee is a hardship, please contact us and we will consider waiving
the fee.
Note: Please do not send entries in fiber-filled mailers. The material
will sometimes attach itself to tapes and may ruin the heads of
VCRs.
